Coburger Back-Camembert with cranberry dip 350g


Camembert with spicy, crunchy breadcrumbs, pre-fried in pure sunflower oil. For quick and easy preparation in the oven or in the pan. Can be consumed pure or with wild cranberries.

Preparation instructions
In the oven: Preheat the oven to approx. 200°C. Place the Back-Camembert on the baking tray on the middle shelf
of the oven and bake it for approx. 12 – 14 Minutes, until the upper site of the cheese arches slightly.
In the pan: heat some fat or oil and fry each side of the Back-Camembert at a middle temperature for approx. 3 –
4 minutes.In the deep fryer: deep-fry the Back-Camembert at a fat temperature of 150 – 160°C for approx. 3 – 4 minutes
until the Back-Camembert floats in the fat.
